Ginger and Goose: Welcome to Ginger and Goose. I write to you my thoughts on the life that I aspire to live - balanced yet oh so very full of fun. I hope to conceptualize the steps that I have made towards a healthier and happier life as a reminder for myself, and hopefully as inspiration for others. I receive my inspiration from my health conscientious but crazy fun family and friends, my travels around the world, yoga, a ton of beautiful foodie blogs, my classes in medical school, and from the times I drop everything I'm doing to shake my booty to Beyonce. Because that needs to happen too. Expect thoughts on how to nourish your body and mind, easy recipes, reports on my travels, and my best attempts to make you smile.
